Peach Chocolate Bark Recipe | 3-ingredient | 10-minute Prep
This peach chocolate bark is made with only three ingredients. The combination of fresh peach slices, rich semisweet chocolate, and crunchy hazelnuts (optional) is irresistible. It's a super easy, quick to prep recipe, and is such a lovely, fruity, cold treat. I topped the peach chocolate bark with hazelnuts for extra flavor, but you can also experiment with other nuts or omit altogether. With just three ingredients and a few easy steps, this recipe is delicious and refreshing!
Equipment
- Half baking sheet
- Heat proof bowl
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, sliced into thin slices
- 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Melt: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted. This can also be done over a double boiler.
- Pour: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment, spreading it out to create an even layer in the center.
- Assemble: Place the peach slices on top of the melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Top: Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the peach slices and chocolate. This step is optional.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a couple of hours, or until the chocolate has fully set and hardened.
- Serve: Once set, break or cut the chocolate into pieces around the peach slices. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
