SNICKERS Ice Cream Recipe | No Churn
If you're a fan of SNICKERS and ice cream, you're in for a treat. This no-churn SNICKERS ice cream is insanely delicious —creamy homemade vanilla ice cream packed with chunks of SNICKERS bars, swirled with melted chocolate and peanut butter. The best part? No ice cream machine is needed! It's as easy as making whipped cream and takes just 15 minutes to prep.
Equipment
- Medium size bowl
- Electric stand mixer or handheld mixer
- 8×8-inch pan
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 14 oz can cold sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 10 ounces roughly chopped mini Snickers
- 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Whip: Using a stand mixer or a medium-sized bowl with an electric hand mixer, whisk together 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 1 14 oz can cold sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract, and 4 tablespoons sugar until stiff peaks form. It's important for the heavy cream and condensed milk to both be very cold at this stage. Be careful not to overmix.
- Transfer: Pour half of the whipped mixture into an 8×8-inch square pan (or a similar container).
- Add the Snickers: Fold in half of the Snickers bar chunks into the creamy mixture until well distributed.
- Melt: Add 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate to a small bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second increments. Separately melt 1/4 cup peanut butterUsing half of the melted chocolate and melted peanut butter, add dollops of each and gently swirl in throughout the mixture using a toothpick or knife. This will create beautiful streaks of chocolate and peanut butter throughout the ice cream, adding both flavor and a pop of color.
- Add mix ins: Using half of the melted chocolate and melted peanut butter, add dollops of each and gently swirl in throughout the mixture using a toothpick or knife. This will create beautiful streaks of chocolate and peanut butter throughout the ice cream, adding both flavor and a pop of color.
- Add the second half of ingredients: Pour the rest of the cream on top of the mixture and repeat each of the steps above to incorporate the remaining Snickers chunks, melted chocolate, and peanut butter. Don't overmix if you'd like to see the chocolate and peanut butter swirls throughout the ice cream.
- Freeze: Cover the mixture with plastic wrap, being careful not to touch the swirls on top. Freeze overnight or for at least 12-24 hours.
- Enjoy: Remove from freezer, scoop, and enjoy!

Notes
- It’s super important for the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk to be very cold before you start mixing them together. Otherwise, you won’t be able to whip them together into stiff peaks and it can also risk turning the cream into chunks of butter instead of ice cream. I recommend keeping both the heavy cream and condensed milk in the fridge up until the very last moment before you start whipping them.Â
- If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can whisk the creamy mixture by hand. It will take longer so best to plan ahead.
- For best results, make sure to freeze the Snickers ice cream for at least 12-hours. This ensures the ice cream is firm and scoopable.
